Job description
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and maintain Bit&Bits’ visual brand identity across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Excellent research skills and knowledgeable of all current digital trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Previous experience in an advertising/ marketing agency.
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
